- 1 pound fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 pound Italian sausage (sweet or spicy)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until golden.
- In the crockpot, combine browned sausage, tortellini, marinara sauce, cream cheese, garlic, and spinach. Stir well.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until bubbling.
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve in bowls and enjoy!
