- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions until golden brown (10-15 minutes). Add garlic and thyme; cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Butterfly each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Stuff each breast with the onion mixture and cheese, then secure them closed.
- Place stuffed chicken in a greased baking dish, pour chicken broth around it, and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
