- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 ripe pear, sliced
- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
- 2 tsp honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Toast the whole grain bread in a toaster or oven until golden brown.
- While the bread cools, wash and thinly slice the ripe pear.
- Spread cottage cheese evenly over each slice of toast.
- Layer the pear slices on top of the cottage cheese.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- If desired, add chopped nuts on top for extra crunch.
