- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and cut them into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour (salt and pepper), one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat enough oil to cover the bottom until shimmering.
- Fry each breaded strip for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- For the sauce, melt butter in another pan over medium heat, add minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in honey until well combined.
- Drizzle or toss the cooked tenders in the honey garlic sauce before serving.
