Instructions

- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over each chicken breast then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant; add cream and simmer until thickened for the garlic sauce.
- Serve the crispy chicken hot, drizzled with garlic sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.
