Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a loaf pan with baking paper, letting it hang over the edges.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Slowly incorporate heavy cream and vanilla extract on low speed.
- Gently fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
