- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- Place the kielbasa, green beans, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
- Pour in the chicken broth until ingredients are just covered.
- Sprinkle black pepper and Italian seasoning over the top and stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, lift the lid to savor the aroma before ladling into bowls.
