- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the diced onion and minced garlic until cooked through.
- Stir in sliced zucchini, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; cook for about 5 minutes until zucchini softens.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the meat mixture, half of the tomato sauce, and half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
