Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until frothy.
- Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
