- 2 ears corn (cut into kernels)
- 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
- 12 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Tear off large pieces of aluminum foil.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, sausage, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice; toss gently.
- Divide the mixture onto foil pieces and fold securely.
- Grill for 15-20 minutes or bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Carefully unwrap and serve with extra lemon wedges.
