- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and parsley. Gather all items on your countertop.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute), then add shrimp and cook until pink (3-5 minutes).
- Pour in heavy cream while stirring; let simmer for 5 minutes before mixing in half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer some sauce on the bottom, followed by lasagna noodles, additional sauce, and shrimp. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving hot.
