  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and parsley. Gather all items on your countertop.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute), then add shrimp and cook until pink (3-5 minutes).
  3. Pour in heavy cream while stirring; let simmer for 5 minutes before mixing in half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer some sauce on the bottom, followed by lasagna noodles, additional sauce, and shrimp. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
