Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer cheese followed by banana slices.
- Drizzle honey over the bananas.
- Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and melty.
