- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted smoothly into the sauce.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- Slice the cooked chicken and toss it with the pasta in the creamy sauce. Garnish with parsley before serving.
