- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until golden brown and nutty.
- Add mini marshmallows to the browned butter and stir until melted and smooth (about 3-4 minutes).
- Pour in the dulce de leche, stirring until fully combined.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan and press down firmly with wax paper or clean hands.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
