Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter. Garnish with parsley before serving.
