- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions, celery, bell peppers, and garlic until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add shrimp and crab meat along with Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes).
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; let simmer until bubbling (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat; mix in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Roll out one pie crust into a pie dish; pour the seafood mixture inside. Cover with another crust and cut slits for steam.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
