Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions, celery, bell peppers, and garlic until softened (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add shrimp and crab meat along with Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes).
  4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; let simmer until bubbling (about 5 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat; mix in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Roll out one pie crust into a pie dish; pour the seafood mixture inside. Cover with another crust and cut slits for steam.
