- 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Slice onions and chop thyme.
- Caramelize the onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the dough: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into your desired shape.
- Add toppings: Drizzle olive oil over the rolled-out dough. Spread caramelized onions evenly and top with crumbled goat cheese and fresh thyme.
- Bake: Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Finish: Drizzle balsamic reduction on top before slicing.
