Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it cool slightly before shredding.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with minced garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and fill with the chicken mixture, avocado slices, cheese, and salsa/hot sauce.
- Roll the burrito tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom up.
- Grill or toast each burrito on the skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until crispy.
