Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with minced garlic and grated ginger for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil; simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until well combined.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into squares or circles.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on one half of each pastry piece; fold over and seal edges with a fork.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
