  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until golden brown. Pour into the bundt pan.
  3. Blend cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Pour over caramel in the bundt pan.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar. Add milk and stir until smooth. Carefully spoon this batter over the flan mixture.
  5. Place the bundt pan in a larger baking dish filled with hot water and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  6. Allow to cool completely before flipping onto a serving plate.
