Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until golden brown. Pour into the bundt pan.
- Blend cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Pour over caramel in the bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar. Add milk and stir until smooth. Carefully spoon this batter over the flan mixture.
- Place the bundt pan in a larger baking dish filled with hot water and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely before flipping onto a serving plate.
