Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Dip each bread cube in the egg mixture briefly before placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Dot each piece with small pats of butter and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly; drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
