- 8 tortillas (corn or flour)

Instructions
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- Rub taco seasoning over the chuck roast until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned beef in the crockpot, adding onions and garlic around it.
- Pour beef broth over everything.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until fork-tender.
- Remove the roast, shred it with two forks, and assemble tacos using warm tortillas and desired toppings.
