Instructions

- Gently fold in lemon juice, zest, and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
- Melt the bloomed gelatin in the microwave for 10 seconds; mix with a tablespoon of whipped cream before combining it with the mousse mixture.
- Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
