Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with frozen hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
