Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add almond milk and maple syrup; stir well. Incorporate grated carrots, raisins, and chopped walnuts until combined.
- Pour into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown on top and firm in texture.
- Cool slightly before slicing into squares.
