Instructions
- Prepare silicone muffin cups or mini cupcake liners on a baking tray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fill each cup about three-quarters full with the mixture.
- Add your choice of toppings for extra flavor and texture.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen solid, pop the cups out of their molds and serve immediately.
