- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sweet relish
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping lettuce and slicing pickles.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder while cooking.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, onion powder, and garlic powder to create the special sauce.
- Lay each tortilla flat; spread sauce down the center. Add beef, cheese, lettuce, and pickles.
- Fold sides of tortilla inward and roll tightly from bottom to top. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
