- 8 oz smoked sausage (kielbasa or your choice), sliced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Chop broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned (about 4 minutes).
- Stir in broccoli and minced garlic; sauté until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp (around 3 minutes).
- In a small bowl, mix honey with soy sauce. Pour over the sausage and broccoli mixture.
- Gently add shrimp to the skillet. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque (about 4-5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with rice or noodles if desired.
