- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 8 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and slice the peaches into thin wedges.
- On one slice of sourdough bread, layer with white cheddar cheese followed by peach slices. Drizzle honey on top and cover with another slice of bread.
- Spread butter generously on the outer sides of each sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill sandwiches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cut in half and serve warm.
