- 1 lb frozen crinkle-cut French fries
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 2 tsp spicy Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup pico de gallo (fresh salsa)
- Hot sauce to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the frozen fries package.
- Spread the frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- In the last 5-7 minutes of baking, remove fries from the oven and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven until melted.
- Drizzle warm fries with sour cream and hot sauce. Top with pico de gallo and green onions before serving.
