  • 2 medium fresh zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a large baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and arrange sliced zucchini and cherry tomatoes around it.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through (juices should run clear).
  6. In the last five minutes of baking, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the dish to melt slightly.
