Instructions
- Create the crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until well combined.
- Mix in pudding: Stir in banana pudding mix and cold milk until thick and smooth.
- Layer: Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, add sliced bananas, then top with remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Add topping: Generously spread whipped cream on top and garnish with additional banana slices.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
