Instructions
- Create the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly. Firmly press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the Cream Cheese: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Add Flavoring: Mix in maple syrup and bourbon until well combined.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble: Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
