Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with milk and vegetable oil. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
