- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- (Optional) Sear meatballs in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
- In a slow cooker, combine marinara sauce and beef broth. Gently add meatballs to the sauce mixture.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until thoroughly cooked.
- Serve over pasta or as sliders with crusty bread.
