Instructions
- Marinate chicken: Combine lime juice, chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook marinated chicken for 7–8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Prepare corn mix: In a bowl, combine corn, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, and cilantro.
- Assemble the bowl: Fluff rice in a separate bowl, slice chicken, and layer it over rice. Top with corn mix; sprinkle feta cheese and jalapeños.
