Instructions
- Finely chop the spinach and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix chopped chicken, spinach, grated cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into burger patties about 1 inch thick.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each patty for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Optionally, add an extra slice of white cheddar during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Assemble on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
