- 1 bag (28 oz) frozen crinkle-cut fries
- 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy and golden, about 20 minutes.
- While fries are baking, mix shredded mozzarella with Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Once fries are done, sprinkle the cheesy mixture over them immediately. Top with mini pepperoni slices and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
- Drizzle warm marinara over baked fries and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
