Instructions
- Rim glasses with lime juice and dip in salt or sugar.
- Juice the blood oranges to get about 1 cup and combine with 1 cup of lime juice.
- Stir in agave syrup to taste.
- Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes and pour sparkling water on top.
- Garnish with a slice of blood orange or mint leaves, then serve immediately.
