Instructions
- Roll the lemons on a countertop to release juice, then cut them in half and squeeze until you have 1 cup of lemon juice.
- In a pitcher, combine the sugar and cold water, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher and stir gently to mix.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar or water.
- Serve over ice and garnish each glass with lemon slices.
