- 2 medium English cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with salt, pepper, and half of the everything bagel seasoning; blend until smooth.
- Add cucumber slices, red onion, and dill to the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold until well-coated.
- Sprinkle the remaining everything bagel seasoning over the salad and fold gently again.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
