Instructions
- Juice the lemons to yield 1 cup of fresh lemon juice and strain out any seeds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sugar; stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add 4 cups of cold filtered water to the mixture; stir well and adjust sweetness if desired.
- In a mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Optional: Fold in food coloring until you achieve your desired shade of pink.
- Serve by spooning dollops of whipped cream over the lemonade base in glasses.
