Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy; add diced onions and garlic until softened. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Stir in cooked bacon, sautéed vegetables, ground beef, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
