Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces and mincing the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, around 3-4 minutes.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned evenly for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chopped bell peppers, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté until peppers soften slightly but still have some crunch.
- In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic to keep its flavor bright.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs and lime wedges for an added zesty kick.
