Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by slicing the beef and vegetables.

- Add the sliced beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; stir-fry until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Sprinkle provolone cheese over the mixture; cover for 1-2 minutes until melted.
- Serve immediately in hoagie rolls or over rice.
