- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 fresh jalapeños, diced (deseeded for less heat)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 cup corn tortilla chips, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken in olive oil until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
- Add chopped jalapeños and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in the baking dish, followed by half of the chicken mixture and half of the cheese blend.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
