Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.
- Marinate flank steak with lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
- Grill steak over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let rest before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
- Layer baked fries with carne asada and top generously with cheddar cheese. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Top with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and jalapeños if desired. Serve hot.
