Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.

- Transfer the seared chicken to the slow cooker. Add onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Stir gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the pot using two forks and mix well before serving hot.
